I'm not sure: I understand the question. The fetal pole is the fetus at an early stage, and it would be impossible to see a fetus without a gestational sac except possibly with fetal demise/abortion. At 6 weeks in a normal pregnancy, the gestational sac and yolk sac should be visible, and the fetal pole may or may not be visible.
