Yes: I do not treat endometriosis but I do know that it can affect the chest. When a lung collapses on its own it is called a spontaneous pneumothorax. There is a subset of this that occurs in conjunction with a woman's menstral cycle. This is called a catamennial pneumothorax. It is felt this is due to endometriosis in the chest cavity.

Evaluation: Chest pain can be sign of heart attack and you need to be evaluated. Consider going to emergency room. If pain is chronic seek evaluation by physician. Many possible causes.
