Hard to understand: It is difficult to interpret your question. If you are saying that you are having pain in the left kidney that is spreading down your side, abdomen and into the leg then this needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Kidney stone is one possibility. If you are asking about a known ovarian cyst or irregular periods please restate and clarify.
