A member asked:

Should i go to er with overian cyst symptoms? my symptoms include: severe at times pain, severe bloating, nausea, headaches, constant thrist, and started bleeding small clots

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This : This problem can probably be managed by your primary care provider. Your symptoms are non specific and may represent a few different issues. If you have a history of ovarian cysts or if your doctor feels you may be dealing with a yst after a complete history of the present problem and examination, then a pelvic ultrasound will be ordered. As far as the headaches and constant thirst, these could simply be a sign of dehydration, or something more serious like diabetes. The bottom line is to have a complete evaluation done by your doctor. Best of luck.
