Yes: When you ovulate, a cyst on your ovary ruptures to release the egg, and some fluid escapes into your abdomen. This can cause an initial sharp pain, or a sense of fullness or bloating. If it gets worse, or doesn't go away within 2-3 days, see your doctor.

Depends: Kinda of depends on the size of the cyst. If it was just a follicular cyst and this was just from ovulation, PMS symptoms sometimes involve GI upset including bloating.

It can: Yes it can specially if fluid was blood will create ileum which is slowing of the intestines activity which will produce bloating If symptoms persisted see your doctor
