Worth trying: The idea is simple, intralipid mildly suppresses the immune system,so the implanted embryo would be tolerated by the womb lining,and the local immune cells won't reject it, usually starts before implantation and continues for some weeks after,to make sure pregnancy is stable. It is still an empirical therapy probably comparable to IVIG, be careful if you're allergic to eggs, soy or peanuts though
