A member asked:

If antiphosopolipid, autoimmune, hormonal tests are normal before pregnancy, what are the chances of these issues to crop once pregnant. 2 early mcs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Negligible: if auto-immune work up has yielded negative results, they are likely to continue to be negative during pregnancy as well. The most common reason for miscarriages in the first trimester is chromosomal. I would not worry about the auto-immune component just yet without any history of dysfunction or auto-immune disease symptoms Best Wishes Dr M
