I did potassium/calcium serum test and was wondering if they could indicate magnesium deficiency, there's no option but mg serum/urine and it's not accurate as i know. what you drs think?

Nobody knows: Magnesium is by far our least-understood major ion as it's almost entirely intracellular and nobody knows how to test for it. What I do know is that all the "pop" claims are subscientific. You're 19 years old, Adam, at your prime both in terms of athletic and learning capacity. Develop yourself, eat green vegetables, stay fit, prepare hard for your career, and stop reading "worry" internet sites.
