Costrochondritis: In your age group and location it's most likely rib pain. Take Naproxen or Aleve (naproxen) for a week and it should go away.

I have right side chest pains for more than a year now. I was told I have a liver hammegeoma that's not malignant. I also experience short breath lately and pain on my chest and eish side under my arms.
