Do oral cancer bumps have puss in them?

Not generally: they are mainly solid irregular bumps that are quite variable. However, they can erode and get infected, but even then, the pus would be more outside than inside of them.

No but: No but possible if are infected. For suspicious oral lumps/bumps see oral surgeon or Ent doc.
