Get it seen: I'm betting it's a small epidermoid inclusion cyst. See if your physician can tell you and perhaps excise it when things settle down. Nobody -- not even Hollywood "pretty boys" -- has a perfect face, and you're likely to have a scar here, and a pretty good story to go with it. Try and keep your hands away from it and get seen soon.
