Orotane is Accutane: which in the US is not prescribed for mild acne because of the potential for side effects, including liver damage, birth defects, others. It is important to have your liver functions tested regularly while on it, and of course to have VERY reliable birth control. Have you been tried on topical Retin-A or Adapalene, topical clindamycin, oral vitamins A,E,D, and mineral zinc? Oral contraceptives?
