See dermatologist: Oratane is supposed to be most effective as acne treatment ,but it has to be used for 16 to 24 weeks to see the real effect of this medicine . While on oratane you may get dry skin,peeling handsome pimples coming up .Consult dermatologist for advice to make sure of diagnosis and treatment .
