Maybe: This isn't a danger to life, but a good follow-up might be a check to see if you're becoming a bit iron-deficient, even if you're not anemic yet. If you're iron-deficient, see if you and your physician can figure out why. Best wishes.

Short answer no: unless you have other abnormal findings on CBC. RDW is indication of how variable in size and iron content your red blood cells are, and the 419,000 platelet count is not shabby at all. I would not be concerned honestly. Thanks for trusting in healthTap.
