Not concerned: If these are the only values that are a bit removed from the reference range, i would not be at all concerned, though it might be an alert to mild iron deficiency that has not yet produced anemia.

Highly unlikely: From the limited information provided leukemia or bone cancer would be highly unlikely. Obviously one would need to see a more extended workup to rule these things out.
