Aim low : Following SAH we generally prefer lower BPs. The numbers you have listed are high enough that I would recommend you talk to your doctor about even with no history of SAH if those are your trends. If no headache or other symptoms, don't go to the emergency department for it, but call your doctor as discuss it soon.
