Urine collection: With an antiseptic wipe wipe from the very top inside of your vagina downward. Using a sterile collection cup first begin to urinate into the toilet then in the middle place the cup under your stream then remove the cup and pee the rest into the toilet. This is called a mid-stream urine collection.
