Probably not: A 10:1 ratio is "normal", but there are a LOT of variable with this one. Simply being dehydrated is the most common cause of increased ratios, but age, muscle mass, overall health, medications and gender all play parts. I often caution both patients and students/residents to treat the patient, not the labs. If you're otherwise healthy and take care of yourself, don't get too worked by numbers.
