No: H.pylori presence per se shouldn't affect kidney function. It's true that gi bleeding raises bun out of proportion to creatinine although this doesn't pertain to you. Your physician or a nephrologist is best qualified to answer your question as more details about your other findings and medications need to be known.

Depends: if your overall volume (weight) is down due to either not being able to take fluid in or losing it from vomiting, then yes, otherwise if volume(weight) isn't low, then no.
