Check up 1st: Anxiety would not be expected make your lymph notes tender or really cause you any pain. Sometimes when people feel pain they do have anxiety. The soloution is to get a good physical check up and take care of any medical conditions. If anxiety is persisting you should get a mental health evaluation and any needed treatment
