Radiculopathy?: That's a fancy term to describe leg sensations, such as warmth, pain or numbness, that originate from your lumbar spine. This could be sciatica, or lumbar radiculopathy. This could be due to a disc herniation or perhaps spinal stenosis.

Check the tunnel.: On the inside of your leg, near your ankle, there is a nerve called the posterior tibial nerve. Occasionally, this nerve becomes irritated, inflamed and entrapped. This condition is known as tarsal tunnel syndrome. The symptoms can vary from person to person, but your description is pretty close to be considered as the potential problem. Have your foot evaluated by an experienced foot specialist.
