Not likely: Mirena (levonorgestrel) is one of the most effective options for reversible birth control. Your pregnancy test is negative. If your symptoms were caused by pregnancy then the hormones would be high enough for detection. Other causes of your symptoms should be investigated with your primary care doctor.
