Chest Pain: Indeterminate chest pain, if not cardiac in origin, is often associated with acid reflux disease. If you have high blood pressure, it is appropriate to treat it medically, but this is not the cause of the pain, typically. A "hiatal hernia, " can be associated with the acid reflux and can contribute to the pain. Other causes include musculoskeletal or pulmonary problems. Keep you doctor in the loop.
