I have been having green diarrhea for two days now. should i be concerned or is this normal?

Not normal: But not cause for concern at this point. Really need to know more to give an idea on cause. Do you have fever, chills, abdominal pain, nausea, visiting? Have you had recent travel, use antibiotics or has anyone else been sick? Give it a few days if the answer to all these is "no". If not better or gets worse then go see a doc.
