What would cause yellowy/green type7 water stools for 3-4 days and then yellowy/light brown type 6 for a further 10 days after.. didnt feel unwell at all, just bubbly tummy and diarrhea for them days. now almost back to normal just very bloated?

Sounds like a dietary change or perhaps a gastrointestinal virus. Or maybe you have irritable bowel syndrome? Since it's "now almost back to normal" it would be reasonable to just sit tight and not worry. See a doctor if symptoms return.
