My daughter aged 13 have the following symptoms the last two days: fever now and again nausea green diarrhea headaches i kept her from school today. the school requested a doctors letter to rule out covid 19, before she can return to school.

Pediatrician: Her pediatrician or GP should be able to help. Aside from the letter she will need to be evaluated for her symptoms in order to receive proper recommendations.
