Go see your doc: On BP med you can ask for is amlodipine. That may help your problem. You may need an echo to assess your problem. Go see your doctor.

Diastolic pressure : You may not need to reduce your diastolic blood pressure. Physicians are now looking to lower the systolic blood pressure, yours is 125 mm hg and is well within the normal range. You also reduced your pulse pressure (pp) systolic-diastolic pressure from 50 mm to 35, which is a good thing. The lower the pp, the fewer morbid effects you will have from your elevated bp. See your doctor for info.

Diastolic: Exercise, low salt diet and weight loss can lead to reduction in diastolic blood pressure.
