I m taking enalapril/vasotec 10mg twice daily with hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) 25mg.my pressure almost always under 125/85.can i reduce my dose to 5mg twice daily or/ 12.5 ?

Probably not!: You may want to cut down on hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) to 12.5 mg to prevent electrolyte imbalance. You may want to take 20 mg vasotec once a day rather than 10 mg twice a day.Please check with your md!
