It could be several: things, including displacement of hardware, disc infection (diskitis), or blood clot/hematoma compressing a nerve or nerve root. Would probably need MRI and/or CT w/ contrast to rule out diskitis. Please see your neurosurgeon right away to discuss proper diagnosis and treatment course.
