Sinus pain/Pressure: Greetings. The first thing I recommend would be 800 mg of ibuprofen 3x/day with food. Add Afrin nasal spray 2x/day for 5 days with the OTC decongestant. This should make you feel better quickly. See your doctor if the symptoms worsen or a fever develops. An antibiotic may be needed.
