This week, i've had the worst nasal congestion i've ever had and some sinus pressure. nasal sprays not helping. what can i do? i feel panicked.

Nasal congestion: Nasal allergy is a common cause of intermittent nasal congestion. Generally patients reports sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes. Allergy nasal sprays such as rhinocort or flonase would be first line medication. Nasal saline sprays would help. I don't recommend patients routinely use afrin or neosynephrine. If you are then you must stop after 3-5 days.
