See a doctor: it could be anything without a pictures or a better description we could give a hundred of possibilities, as long as the dark spot is not changing colors and is not getting bigger, and is does not have irregular border you are ok, if it does see a doctor for proper evaluation, and better diagnosis, and a definite treatment.
