Just like before: If you stop T4 replacement for a valid diagnosis of hypothyroidism, you will return to whatever status and symptoms you had before starting replacement. It will be gradual over 4-6 weeks. If you've improved on replacement and your levels are normal, there is absolutely no reason to stop.
