Thyroid swollen as big as a golf ball went and had my bloodwork taken and tsh levels were 60.90 t4 4.0 , prescribed levothyroxine 100 milligrams 6 weeks in and tsh levels are now low 0.113 t4 went way up 13.1 am i over medicated? same symptoms still?

I assume you have a thyroid goiter & had hypothyroidism. After the levothyroxine, you now have too much circulating thyroid hormone. Large goiters may have irregular amounts of thyroid hormone that get into the system. Since this can be tricky in figuring out appropriate dosing, I recommend having a thyroidologist or an endocrinologist do your treating and follow-up care.The goiter should shrink
