Recent tsh was 3.5 and ft4 was 2.27 on 25 mcg levothyroxine. what should tx be? had previous diagnosis pp thyroiditis in 2011. symptoms not improved tsh up & down

Normal: Your thyroid levels are currently normal, though the TSH is in the upper range of normal. It would not hurt to be on a higher dose of levothyroxine to get your TSH level under 2. However, I am not sure this will make you feel any better.
