See MD: I would recommend with any joint swelling, that you see an MD for a good exam and some bloodwork to rule out anything autoimmune, infectious, or inflammatory.

Single knuckle on dominant hand has been sore for 2 months. Dont remember injuring it, or overstraining or stress to it. No swelling, bruising or redness. Just hurts. Tested negative for all STDs over a 12 week period. What could this be?
