Low blood pressure: Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/low-blood-pressure/basics/causes/con-20032298 for causes of low blood pressure, including diabetes. Since you're taking Lisinopril, ask about taking a lower dose. Dehydration is a common cause of low BP so make sure you drink enough water each & every day since poorly controlled diabetes can leach water out of you.
