Nothing Bad!!!: If a 5 year old fractured your leg after one kick then sign him up for the NFL or WWF,or you for a DEXA Scan (to check your bone density).But, I'll tellya,a bone bruise can really hurt & the shin bone is pretty exposed(not much underlying skin or fat).Ever had shin splints? Ouch!! Technically, pain on walking indicates the possibility of fracture but I'd seriously doubt it without a visible bruise
