Influenza: Your symptoms could be influenza, but also other viral infections. Swine flu symptoms are the same as other types of influenza, and usually no more severe. There is recent concern about possible swine flu outbreaks in South Africa, but if no such an alarm where you live, swine flu is unlikely. See a doctor for diagnosis and possible treatment (e.g. oseltamivir, i.e. TamifluĀ®).
