Symptoms: First 99 is not a fever. Over 100.5 then you have a fever. A WBC up to 15, 000 is normal in pregnant women. Immodium should help the diarrhea and cramps and cepacol or chloroseptic with tylenol (acetaminophen) for the throat. Sounds like a viral infection that is not influenza or strep throat (bacterial infection). Most OB's have a list of safe meds. Ask for it, it likely is similar to what I suggest.
