I have been sick for 2 months i vomit every time i eat so i've lost almost 100 pounds and i'll have blood in my urine for a couple days at a time and then it'll go away, and sometimes severe abdominal pain?

You need: a complete medical evaluation and ASAP! This should at the very least include a Gastrointestinal evaluation! If there are no findings you will need counseling about your symptoms since the 100 pound weight loss is a serious situation if no reason is found after the physical /lab/endoscopic is performed!
