I have a dequervain's tendinitis on my left hand for 4months. i tried physiotherapy, pills, no much improvement. will go in time whithout steroid shot?

Tendinitis: Hello. It's hard to tell whether it'll improve on its own or not over time. It may but usually it requires that the affected wrist be given rest and no aggravation occurs. If you are going to be using it, then it's unlikely to resolve quickly. Iontophoresis, unless tried already, may be something to consider. That's especially popular outside of the US. Lidocaine and Hydrocortisone are used.
