Not related: People faint for a variety of reasons especially young females such as yourself who might be anemic, might be dehydrated, or upset or surprised by something. I hope you didn't go ahead and workout after fainting! Preworkout shake is a good idea, as is hydration at all times you might be sweating. Get your blood level checked, especially if you are vegetarian.
