Psychologist: You could consult a psychologist(can't prescribe medications) or a psychiatrist specializing in substance abuse disorders to treat you. If you get shaky if you don't drink alcohol, you're in danger of severe withdrawal symptoms and going to AA without backup treatment may be dangerous.

Drinking: You need to see your GP. Supplementation with thiamine will be needed and diazepam to prevent withdrawal will be needed. May be risky trying to quit without thiamine .
