Anything is possible: The chance of pregnancy while on the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection is 0.3%. You should not have started it because you had NO periods. It causes you not to have a period. You should always start it while you are bleeding. You should have done a pregnancy test before receiving the shot.
