Provera (medroxyprogesterone): It may take up to 3 months for your menses to start and be "normal" again after provera (medroxyprogesterone) The brown spotting may simply be a "mini" period as provera (medroxyprogesterone) can cause menses to shorten/cease. Doubt you are pregnant
