See a doc asap: It is hard to know what the cause of your bleeding is .. it could be a hemorrhoid (either external or internal) or an anal fissure (especially if there is a painful sensation like a paper cut at your anus) or it could be bleeding from something inside your colon. If you're bleeding a lot, you should go to the ER now and get it checked out.
