Clean the area with soap and water and apply pressure until the bleeding stops. Then, apply an antibacterial ointment, like bacitracin or triple antibiotic ointment, etc. Do that daily until it heals. If it becomes red or swollen or more painful, see your doctor to be sure it is not infected. Good luck!
