Poss. anal fistula: Your history suggests that you may have an anal fistula which is an infection in an anal gland which first appears as a 'boil' and then continues to drain. Keeping it clean is important, but you do need to see a specialist. If you have an anal fistula, you would need an operation - simple, day surgery. It doesn't sound serious, but you should see a doctor who can make a diagnose. Peter wilk, md.
