Could be: Allergic rhinitis/sinusitis often is very often accompanied by a headache. This can be treated very simply with over the counter antihistamines (eg, Allegra) and/or intranasal steroids (eg, Flonase). However, there are many other reasons that could be causing your headache. If it persists or gets worse, see your doctor for an evaluation. Hope that helps!

Unclear: I'm not sure what your question is.. but it sounds like you have itchy eyes. Perhaps trying over the counter allergy medication such as zyrtec or claritin (loratadine) and eye drops may help. If not, see your doctor.
